DVD & CD cutting
We've been using Nero for years for doing this and generally been very happy with the results.
But... of late, it's grown fatter and fatter with more and more 'add-ons' which we never use, so with the move to a new Windows 7 64 bit workstation it seemed a good time to review what was around to replace it.
And the simple answer is ImageBurn, which can be found here. It's free, lightweight, reliable and highly recommended. It has a neat clear GUI, lots of information on what's going on at any one time, cuts a wide range of disks and is not bloatware - what more could one want?
